Hi, Neighbours! 🙋🏼‍♀️ **I will be overseas from 19th February to 11th March! Keen to plan ahead with dates for after I return!** I am a dynamic, emotionally intelligent, experienced ECT working casually around Sydney. *For school holidays: 5 days a week availability until mid Feb! BOOK NOW, as I will be accepting casual teaching shifts as they come! :) I was born and raised in California with a Kiwi mum & American dad, so lots of family in NZ/Aus/UK! After my undergrad at UC Davis, I left to go travelling around Thailand visiting family friends, and on my own. Later in NZ, I was Nanny/au pair in Russell, Bay of Islands! Eventually after seeing a lot of NZ via hitchhiking, I moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2013. After moving to Sydney in 2015, I decided to pursue my Master of Teaching at University of Sydney which gave me my Early Childhood Teaching qualification. I am fluent in Spanish (one of my Bachelor degrees!) and am learning French using Duolingo. I know nik noi Thai, and the most important phrases in Arabic. I am outgoing and open-minded. I can relate to children via their interests, or simply by listening to them and respecting their voice, getting to know them as individuals. If required, I can help out with any instrument practice, music theory, etc, as I have experience from my school days with musical performance: flute & vocals - high school blues band and choir! I keep busy with creative art, beach days, books & film and know enough sports to pick up any others or even have your child teach me a thing or two! I have spent my entire professional life with children in some capacity, including: swim coaching, private lessons (beach and pool), mothers helper & babysitting from a young age, and most recently have been teaching in long daycare settings for the past 9 years! Please flick me a message any time with questions and booking requests! Also let me know if Nova can come along, otherwise he’s happy at home with enough notice beforehand for a big long walk :) Xx Robyn & Nova 🐾

** I am currently only available for casual / one-off babysitting / tutoring jobs ** Hi there! 🌈✨ I am an experienced, energetic, fun and creative Nanny and Babysitter. I’ve had five years of experience looking after children aged 6 months - 15 years. I have worked regularly for three families over this time, and casually for many others. I am currently available for casual babysitting and/or tutoring. As my availability is currently limited, I will only accept job invitations that I am certain I can commit to 😊 I have a Dean’s Scholar Bachelor of Arts (French + English Literature Majors and Theatre + Creative Writing minors.) I am currently completing my Masters in Fine Arts at NIDA. I am also involved in many organisations where I work closely with children. I have a Youth Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for my service to the community. Some of my volunteer work includes: -Volunteer at Camp Quality (11 years) -Volunteer at AIME (mentoring Indigenous students in the local community) -Volunteer at SCARF (tutoring primary school aged children from refugee backgrounds) My rate is $35-$40 an hour depending on the number and age of the child/children. For public holidays, my rate is $60 per hour. I absolutely love kids, and I’m also a big animal lover, so pets are a bonus for me! If you are interested, please contact me and I can email you my CV, WWCC, First Aid qualifications and any other relevant documents ☺️ Please note, I am no longer driving.
