Your Juggle Street profile is not public – it’s only visible to other families and carers on the Juggle Street network. A mobile phone based identity check is conducted on all family and carer accounts.
All carer profiles include a photo (and some also have a personal video), description of their experience & skills, and other relevant information such as Working With Children Check and Drivers Licence. If the carer has been awarded a job on Juggle Street before their profile may include a 5 Star Rating and written reviews from other parents. All this information allows you to decide which carers you want to connect with. Once connected you can communicate directly via online chat, and arrange to meet to get to know each other better before awarding them a job.
Your mobile number is not visible on your Juggle Street profile. When you award a job your mobile number is shared with that carer, and the carer’s mobile is given to you. Mobile numbers are shared at this time so you can call each other about the job. Similarly, your home address is not visible on your Juggle Street profile. Only carers you award jobs to are sent your home address.
After each job we encourage you to Rate & Review your carer, this builds trusts across the Juggle Street network. The average 5 Star Ratings and written reviews are displayed on the carers’ profile, helping them build their reputation and making it easier for new families to choose suitable carers.
