Hi mums, dads and kids, I am a mother of 2 teenage daughters. I have had a lifetime of experience working with and being around children. I interact comfortably with children of all ages, making them feel at ease and happy. I just love kids! I am the eldest of 4 children, so I spent many years looking after my younger siblings. When I wasn't minding my siblings, I was babysitting my younger cousins. I have spent the past 17 years looking after my own children, as well as plenty of their friends...whether it be for play-dates, sleep-overs or just simply driving them from "a to b". I also mind my 5-year-old niece quite regularly. From the time my daughters commenced pre-school, I volunteered at their schools. In their younger school years, I spent each day assisting with guided reading and literacy groups, passive play at lunch times and gross motor skills. I assisted each year with all sporting events, including swimming, cross country and athletics carnivals, and managed teams on gala days. I volunteered in the canteen and with school fundraisers. Over the years, I have driven various children around, whether it be to zone carnivals or extracurricular activities. I have always been a mum that other parents can count on whenever help is needed! I have also assisted over the years with my daughters' extracurricular activities, such as gymnastics and trampolining. Whether it be assisting the coaches, helping at competitions or simply helping to pack up the equipment after each session, I have been willing to help. I was employed casually for 3.5 years child-minding for a market research company, which provided child-minding for mothers who were participating in market research groups. My employment ceased when the 2 owners of the company retired. So, as you can see, I have spent my entire life around children. They have been such a huge part of my life. Not only have they learnt from me, I have learnt so much from them, including a whole lot of patience and tolerance! I can't wait to meet you!

Hello Families :) My name is Isabelle, and I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional with nearly eight years of babysitting and nannying experience. I am 25 years old and hold both my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I began my childcare career at Little Steps Early Learning Centre in East Lindfield, where I worked for five years. During my time there, I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and was promoted to Room Leader of the Preschool (2–3 years) room. Following this, I worked full-time at OAC in Chatswood for two and a half years before moving to Rosebud Cottage, where I worked for a year from January to December. I am now currently working at Little Diggers in Collaroy Plateau, where I have been since January, caring for children four days a week from Tuesday to Friday. I also gained valuable experience during my Certificate III placement at SDN Day Care Centre in Crows Nest and have worked in after-school care. In addition, I have experience supporting children with additional needs through my volunteer work with the Special Olympics Young Athletes Program in 2016 for children aged 2–8 years. Babysitting has always been one of my favourite parts of working in childcare, as I love building meaningful relationships with families and creating a fun, caring, and supportive environment for children. I enjoy getting children involved in their hobbies, helping them discover new activities, assisting with homework when needed, and planning engaging and creative activities together. I live in Lindfield and have my driver’s licence and own car, so I am happy to assist with school pick-ups, drop-offs, sporting games, and extracurricular activities if required. I also hold a current Working With Children Check and updated CPR and First Aid qualifications. I am available for full-time nannying and childcare positions, with flexibility to support your family’s needs. I’m reliable, friendly, and dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I’m passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting families with their day-to-day routines. References are available upon request. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your family and create a fun, caring, and supportive environment for your little ones! Look forward to meeting you and your family :) Kind regards, Isabelle

Hi Families 😊 My name is Jamie. I am a Nanny and Early Childhood Professional with over 15 years of supporting children of all ages. I began my career working one on one with children having additional needs. This gave me an incredible insight into the individualality of children's learning styles and needs. My purpose and absolute joy was really getting to know them, building that trust and bond so I could then develop individual learning and development plans and adapttive supportive techniques. I then transitioned into various Preschool roles. Taking on a variety of responsibilities, from Educator, to cook when we didn't have someone for months, to 2IC, supporting the director with enrolments and overall operation of the centre.. As a long standing educator, I knew familes throughout their journey. From even before the child was conceived right through until my planning of their graduation to formal schooling. Also all their siblings which was a beautiful place to be when their siblings are in the same environment for their learning and growing journey. šŸ’— Finally, I also bring creative and engaging experience from my time in journalism, production and music. I was part of a children's game show called Challenger, inventing fun and interactive activities to engage Children's interest. The show was an opportunity to challenge their minds, their problem solving and cognitive skills, their creative thinking, and their confidence and participation. And of course having fun while doing it ! Following are my current credintials but of course always updating and upskilling Working With Childrens Check Child Protection Course NDIS Worker Check Certificate III In Early Childhood Education and Care. Advanced First Aid and CPR Bachelor in Special and Inclusive Education ( albeit only 3 years in with UNE) If you made it though all that šŸ˜… I look forward to the opportunity to support and get to know your family.

Hello, parents! I’d like to share a bit about my experience so you can get to know me better. I’ve been living in Australia for almost two years, and for a year and a half, I had the opportunity to work as an au pair for a Brazilian-Australian family. It was an enriching and transformative experience, both personally and professionally. As an au pair, I was actively involved in the children’s daily routines, helping with day-to-day activities, organization, and educational play. I also worked closely with the parents to ensure a harmonious, safe, and welcoming environment where the children could grow up happy and healthy. This experience taught me the importance of understanding each child’s individual needs while respecting their personalities and cultures, especially in a bilingual environment. In addition, I gained valuable skills in organization, flexibility, and empathy, which I believe are essential for childcare. Working with a Brazilian-Australian family was particularly special because it connected me to different cultural perspectives, something I truly value and see as an advantage when working with diverse families. I’m confident that this experience has prepared me to collaborate with other families in a responsible and dedicated way, always offering care and attention to everyone’s needs. I’d be happy to chat more and answer any questions you may have. Thank you!

Hello! I’m Sushma, 23 years old, and I’ve been working in the childcare industry for the past 3 years. Working with children has truly become a part of who I am. Every child I meet brings something unique and beautiful, and I feel so grateful to be able to support their growth, laughter, and little adventures every day. I currently work as a childcare educator during the week, and now I’m hoping to offer my time and care to families who may need a gentle, nurturing babysitter on weekends. My passion for working with children goes beyond just a job—it’s a calling. I believe in creating a warm, safe, and joyful environment where children feel loved, heard, and free to be themselves. I love engaging with them through play, storytelling, art, and nature. I’m especially drawn to calm outdoor activities and believe in the power of nature to calm little hearts and spark big imaginations. I hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and have experience with children of all ages, from infants to older kids. Parents often describe me as kind, patient, and trustworthy. Being originally from Nepal, I bring a sense of calm, deep respect for family values, and a warm, loving nature in everything I do. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your child not just with experience, but with genuine love and attention, I would be honoured to be part of your little one weekend world
