Hi Moms, dads and kids! I have been working in professional childcare for the past 4 years. Currently working part-time in marketing, and also content writing for BabyVillage. Currently, I do regular school pick & drop + childcare for a family. Open to doing casual babysitting jobs in my free time, preferably for children aged 2 years or above. Interested in evening care, or one-off babysitting duties on the weekends. For tutoring references, I volunteered as a HELPS English mentor at UTS for two years. Also experienced the IB Diploma Program with subjects like Higher Level Advanced Mathematics AA, English Literature, Business Mgmt. Biology, Chemistry, Spanish, and Visual Arts. Childcare Experience
I’ve been caring for children for almost 15 years of my life, all starting when my first niece was born. And especially when my baby sister came into this world in 2014. I have been doing paid babysitting jobs regularly (usually a few casual jobs every week) ever since 2022. I’m happy to responsibly babysit and attend to your young people! Most comfortable working with children 2 years or above. I find the young ones such a blessing, and they fill up the world with so many smiles and much joy. It’s quite rewarding in itself, just to be around kids and proliferate on that good positive energy. I have worked with several families on a regular (recurring) basis for after-school care and pick-up. Tutoring Experience
Currently a HELPS English Mentor at the University of Technology Sydney. I started my tutoring journey in 2015 during summer holidays by regularly helping two young boys with their English homework back in my home country. Between 2020-2022, I tutored a primary student for grammar, reading, and maths. I’ve also tutored peers for subjects like english literature, maths, science, visual arts, etc. Other than tutoring, I would say my style is more suitable for homework supervision and getting feedback or discussing ideas/study tips for assignments. I can explain business mgmt topics like finance, accounting, statistics, data analytics etc. And also help with theory in chemistry, physics, biology, etc. I love the processes involved with learning, and I love sharing and spreading my knowledge with others, from what I learnt.
