Extensive Infant & baby experience —see Testimonials— also Mad Paws bookings for pet and housesitting. Rates vary POA. Former Dr. Nadia C. - Paediatrician, Port Melbourne 2 children, 8-week-old boy and 8- week- old- girl (1 day a week, over 2 years) “Liv was the first babysitter with our daughter and was absolutely wonderful with a caring and gentle manner. She was responsive to cues I wasn’t even aware of and was proactive with activities for the baby, including walks in the fresh air. After our first session, I opened the fridge to find it immaculately cleaned, something I hadn’t expected and didn’t know when she had time to do! We now have a second baby, and I’ve felt comfortable leaving our 8-week-old with her, while it would be difficult to leave him with anyone else. Liv is clearly a very experienced nanny who takes time to understand each child’s nature and responds accordingly. Somehow, she manages to squeeze in household management, refreshing the kitchen, which takes a huge load off. She regularly updates us with photos. Needless to say, Liv is reliable and trustworthy, and you feel this immediately when she enters the house. I have been extremely grateful for the care she provides for our children and feel they are in very safe hands when I leave them. This is the highest praise I can give. I would highly recommend her services.” Dr. Sian R. & Dr. Dave H. - Veterinarians, Elwood 3 children, ages 4, 7, and 9, one dog, 2 lizards (4 years employed) “Liv is a true professional with a wealth of experience caring for new babies and young children. She keeps our home highly organised while providing excellent care. Liv is kind, thoughtful, honest, reliable, mature, and an excellent communicator. She sets clear boundaries and routines, and is kind but firm with the children, which they respond very well to. When she started with us, my youngest son was in kindergarten, and she was wonderful with him, reading stories, building creations out of boxes, and playing with him. Liv is highly organised, energetic, and efficient, and I’m always amazed at how much she achieves during a shift. Duties include picking up the boys from school, caring for them, laundry, food preparation, shopping, and organising. In addition, Liv looks after our dog and maintains our house while we are away. Liv really goes above and beyond in her role, and I would find her very difficult to replace were she unable to continue with us. An example of this is when she had to take leave for several weeks. Before she left, she advertised and interviewed nannies for us and found an excellent short-term nanny to replace her until she could return. I can highly recommend Liv, and any family lucky enough to employ her would benefit from her experience and expertise. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.” Peter B & Lou P - Albert Park & Port Melbourne Infant boy, 8 weeks to 22 months (Full-time, 22 months) “Liv is absolutely amazing! We cannot rate her highly enough. She has been with Bobby and me since he was 8 weeks old (22 months full-time), and we would be lost without her. She is super organised, innovative, loving, honest, and hard-working. Liv is always thinking ahead to Bobby’s next developmental stage. In addition to her daycare, Liv has provided excellent live-in care for me on several occasions over the past 18 months when I’ve been away overnight or for the weekend. I’ve never had a moment’s worry, knowing our baby is in safe hands. I completely trust her with the care of my baby and home and would recommend her highly to any family looking for a capable, loving, and experienced nanny. My home has never been so organised!” Jemma M. - Albert Park 4-month-old girl, 1 day a week for 6 months “Liv is amazing! I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for babysitting help. She is efficient, reliable, and a great help around the home. As well as caring for our baby, she helps declutter and spring clean, handles laundry, and tidies up. I feel very confident leaving my precious baby in her capable hands, and she always reassures me with photos and videos. Liv’s experience in various households shows in how she just knows what needs to be done to make life easier.” Penny S. - St Kilda East 2 boys, ages 4 and 6 (2 days a week, several months) “Liv worked with me two days a week to get my boys to kinder and school. Both children have behavioural issues, and Liv’s calm demeanor was a godsend. She kept returning to help me, even with my grumpy younger child. Liv was fantastic at taking the kids on local adventures and working on winning them over. She was also my savior around the house, tidying up and noticing things that needed doing. I trusted Liv with my children and my home and would have no hesitation in recommending her. We ended our arrangement when COVID-19 hit, but I would welcome her back in a heartbeat.” Catherine D. - Lawyer, Richmond 2 children, 10 years and under 1 year (Ad hoc care) “Liv has cared for our two sons on an ad hoc basis over the last 12 months. She is always responsive and highly dependable. From the first time we met, I could tell instantly that she had a wealth of experience caring for children across all ages and abilities. She showed a genuine interest in our boys and has been amazing in settling our 1-year-old, even when he’s tired or needy. I have no hesitation in recommending Liv.” Liv’s Service Overview: I specialise in infant and baby care, child and family management (including pets), and home organisation, offering flexible services tailored to each family’s unique needs. My rates at $35-40 for evening babysitting, (child count and duties) with daytime nanny services ranging from $40 to $50+ per hour (dependent on child count and duties). Overnights and weekends POA. While my priority is always the children, I also provide premium home services to help keep your household running smoothly. Supporting the whole family is my calling, and it brings me great joy. With extensive experience caring for infants and young children—including three infants transitioning to childcare over the past 5 years—I create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I focus on mindfulness and self-compassion, helping children build resilience and kindness toward themselves and others. I am experienced with neurodivergent children and have a modern understanding of child-rearing practices. As a non-smoker and non-drinker with strong emotional regulation, I value the well-being of the families I support. I have had the privilege of working with diverse families across Melbourne’s inner suburbs, including LGBT families, multiple surrogacy families, sole parents, high-net-worth families, medical families, and newly separated families. This has given me a deep understanding of varied family dynamics and the unique joys and challenges modern families face. I care for children from as young as six weeks to secondary school age. Hi there 👋 I’m 24 and have a degree in Early Childhood Education. I grew up on a family farm with five siblings, so caring for others, pitching in, and keeping busy has always been second nature to me. From a young age, I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, and teamwork—and I carry those values into the way I care for children today. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a nanny for a family with three children, supporting them with school runs, homework, playtime, meal prep, and bedtime routines. When the kids were happy and occupied, I’d also help with household tasks like tidying, laundry, or preparing meals—always keeping the children’s safety and happiness first. I’ve also gained lots of experience babysitting during weddings and special events, caring for children of all ages and making sure they felt safe, included, and entertained throughout busy days. In 2023 and 2024, I spent my summers as a counsellor at Camp Walden in New York, working with large groups of children in a fun, fast-paced environment. I loved creating activities, supporting children emotionally, and building strong bonds. In 2024, I was honoured to be awarded Counsellor of the Year out of 200 staff, which was a real highlight for me. Families describe me as caring, reliable, and fun. I love the outdoors, arts and crafts, storytime, and finding creative ways to keep children engaged. I’m currently based in South Melbourne and have flexible availability. I’d love to get to know your family and help your children thrive. 💛
