Hi mums and dads! I am an undergraduate nursing student studying at uni. This year I am taking a break from my studies to focus on myself and the things I love doing, including babysitting and working in aged care. I have a lot of experience with children as I have a large extended family including kids of all ages. I understand the need for a babysitter as parents need a break sometimes, would like time to themselves once in a while and/or require an extra pair of loving hands to help out with the children. I am here to help in any way I can whether it be through one off jobs, reoccurring jobs throughout the week or arranged weekly/fortnightly jobs. I always put my best foot forward and will not expect anything from you unless you are satisfied with my care. I have a wide range of knowledge and experience when it comes to younger and older children and I am extremely patient, understanding and supportive of the growth and development of all children. I have an enthusiastic, outgoing, fun and loving personality, whilst also being able to ensure that the children still respect and listen to instructions and rules set by parents. My main priority is ensuring your kids feel safe with me in order for me to assist them to grow and flourish whilst they are in and out of my care. I am both CPR and First Aid trained. I look forwarding to meeting you and your family, Sophie ☺️

Hello dear families, I'm Julia, a very affectionate soul and passionate educator from Brazil where I worked as a preschool English Teacher with children from 2 to 6 years old. I've been working with children for almost 7 years now and I absolutely love being part of their journey and watching them develop and grow. I came to Australia almost 5 years ago to experience education in a new way and also to improve my skills. I've completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and, even though I've learned so much through my studies and experience, I feel like I'm always learning from children every single day! I have worked as a childcare educator in Australia for 3 years, most of the time in the Nursery room with babies and toddlers from 0-2yo. I've been responsible for planning and supporting age-appropriate activities and play, changing nappies, following children's sleep, meals and bottles routines, as well as other specific routines, such as tummy time and requested activities to help develop children's physical, cognitive, emotional and social skills. Always working in partnership with families and daily communicating with them to provide the best care for each baby's needs and interests. I am currently working as a private nanny, but willing to do casual babysitting where I can support families that are looking for an experienced and kind carer. Please, do not hesitate to message me if you need any more information!
