Here's a bit about my experience: I've been babysitting since I was 15 - I started out caring for my newborn niece, then 18 months later my nephew as well (my sister lived next door to me so I was over there a lot!). My sister previously worked in child care so she taught me so much and trusted me with sole care from their early ages.
