Dear parent or guardian - I am currently looking for some casual babysitting work. I have successfully completed my first year in a bachelors of psychology. I have worked in various different roles, such as cafe barista, waitress, medical receptionist, psychology admin as well as babysitting. I am part of a big family and have had nephews and neices since a young age. I consider myself an enthusiastic, warm and energetic person. I also love painting, writing, reading and playing musical instruments. I take pride and joy in assisting in the care of children, I find their curiosity and desire for learning to be an inspiration. I try and approach each child with openness to their unique needs and preferences. I encourage learning through play and creative activities, such as painting, drawing, reading and singing - it helps that I love doing those things too! I attempt to let the child lead with their own choices whilst also maintaining routine and the preference of their guardian(s). It would be my privilege to partake in the care of your child. I look forward to chatting further! **Update - I am currently Nannying 2 days a week, so I am available now for evenings and weekends. I am very open to one offs and casual shifts.

Hii families, how are you?? Hoping you’re doing well!! I have enjoyed working with children for along as I can remember. I'm a creative, patient, reliable, punctual, caring, responsible, respectful, lovely, confident driver, active listening, proactive woman, who loves spend time with children and like to create a bond with them. I started helping my cousins to do their homework. Later, I worked at a preschool in Brazil for 2 years called '''rvore da Imagina'o' that follows the Reggio Emilia approach (if you don't know about this approach, I would love explain to you). In the school I had experience with children from 1 year to 6 years old, but I had more contact with children from 1.5 years to 4.5 years old. While i was working at the preschool i also helped to look after my 1.3 year-old goddaughter since her birthday. I usually supervised her, cooked and fed her, always tried to innovate in games to avoid screens. Last year, i moved to Melbourne and since then i work as an aupair for a 4 year old girl, who i always take to indoor/outdoors playgrounds, parks, museum, library, to ride her bike/scooter, I do some crafts, play games, try do fun activities for her age, make some delicious recipes with her. I'm good at connecting with kids and helping them learn in fun ways highly skilled in creating a warm and safe environment for children to thrive in while maintaining open communication with parents. I would love to create a bond with the kids, play with them, go for adventures, help to prepare meal to the kids, help with the kid's homework, light housework related to the kids I hold a full Australian drive license, police check, WWCC, Brazilian first aid course, where i did to work at preschool.
