Hi parents! 😊
I’m a final-year Bachelor of Nursing student, graduating and becoming a Registered Nurse at the end of 2026, with a genuine love for caring for and supporting others. I currently work in both NSW Health and a private hospital, alongside my previous experience in aged care. My clinical and nursing experience has helped me develop a calm, responsible and attentive approach to care, with a strong focus on safety, communication and wellbeing.
Alongside nursing, I currently work as a before and after-school carer for two lovely boys aged 4 and 5. I help them get ready for school in the mornings, prepare breakfast and snacks, organise school bags and belongings, and maintain a consistent and positive morning routine. In the afternoons, I collect them from school, help them settle into their afternoon routine, prepare food, and keep them entertained with age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, crafts and games.
I really enjoy creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to be themselves. I understand how important consistency and routine are for children, while also making their time together fun and enjoyable. I’m happy to help with homework, meals, school drop-offs/pick-ups and keeping children engaged and active.
My nursing background means I’m confident, responsible and able to remain calm if something unexpected happens. I take children’s safety and wellbeing very seriously and always aim to provide parents with peace of mind while their children are in my care.
