Millicent - 22yrs

Hi! I’m Millie, a 22-year-old living in St Kilda and have been caring for children since I was 10 years old. Looking after babies and young children is something I genuinely love, and over the years I’ve built plenty of experience caring for little ones of all ages. I’m especially confident with babies and toddlers and enjoy everything from tummy time and sensory play to story time, walks to the park, and helping with feeds, naps and bedtime routines. I’m a warm, fun and nurturing person who loves creating a calm, happy environment where children feel safe, supported and cared for. I’ve spent the last four years working in hospitality, which has made me incredibly organised, reliable and calm under pressure. Families can count on me to be punctual, responsible and attentive, while also bringing lots of energy and positivity to every day. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your little one with someone else, and I pride myself on building strong relationships with both children and parents. My goal is always to make your life a little easier while ensuring your child feels happy, secure and loved while they’re in my care.
