I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, from as young as 4 months to 18 years old. I am a qualified teacher and have taught children aged 4β18 in Physical Education, Geography, Science and Maths. I have also worked in a creche and an after-school facility, gaining valuable experience caring for younger children and supporting their learning and development. Alongside this, I have experience babysitting and working at sports and arts camps, where I have helped create fun, engaging and safe environments for children. I love getting involved in activities, encouraging children to try new things and helping them build confidence. I am first-aid certified and have police checks, and I pride myself on being responsible, caring, patient and enthusiastic when working with children of all ages.
I have experience supporting students with their learning through one -to-one tutoring and small-group sessions. As a qualified teacher, I have taught students aged 4β18 and have experience helping them with homework, revising for exams, strengthening their understanding of challenging topics and developing effective study skills. I can support students in Maths, Science, Geography and Physical Education, adapting my approach to suit different ages, abilities and learning styles. I aim to break down difficult concepts into manageable steps, make learning engaging and help students become more confident and independent in their studies. I enjoy building positive relationships with students and creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making progress and reaching their full potential.
