Hi everyone. My name is Eimer, I’m 25 and from Ireland. I am a fully qualified primary school teacher looking for some nannying/ babysitting/ tutoring roles. I have a working with children’s check, police check and over 6 years classroom experience with children ranging from ages 4-14. I also have lots of experience tutoring children 1-1 and am currently working with a tutoring agency here in Australia. I have worked in some nannying roles both here and in Ireland so also have experience with babies including my own nieces and nephews.

Special Needs Experience

As part of my Bachelors of Education degree I undertook a specialism in Special Education. I have worked with a variety of children with SEN including children with ASD, ADHD, dyspraxia and dyslexia. I worked in a Special Education Unit in a school in Ireland.

Childcare Experience

I have many years experience working with children. I have completed lots of nannying jobs both here in Australia and Ireland particularly with babies aged 6 months to 3. I’m also a fully qualified primary school teacher with over 6 years experience working in a classroom with children aged between 4-14. I love working with children and pride myself in offering meaningful learning experiences while fostering a caring and loving environment that children can thrive in.

Tutoring Experience

I completed tutoring with many children in Ireland on a 1-1 basis. I have experience working with children with ASD, dyscalculia and dyslexia. My role included creating meaningful learning experiences for these children catered to their individual strengths and needs. I currently work with a tutoring agency in Australia helping a Year 4 and 6 girl with maths and a Kindy boy who requires support in phonics instruction.
