Hi Everyone! I’m currently at TAFE completing my Cert 3 in Educational Support to become a teacher’s aide and have had experience as a tutor as well. I also hold a current WWC blue card. I’ve always adored children and have had lots of experience caring for them. Regarding work, I’m more then happy to help your family out anywhere from the casual parents night out to regular nannying. I also don’t mind completing some household chores. Hopefully I can be useful to some of you and can help out wherever I can! :) (Currently working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 3pm, but am happy to work around that.)
I’ve had great experience in childminding. Through Juggle St I was able to find my most recent job, caring for a one year old boy, three days a week for 3 months until he started day care for his development. Prior to this, I started off when I was sixteen, my cousin was born and my Aunty needed help caring for her. She is now seven and I’ve helped babysit her on and off her whole life. Furthermore, one of my friends fell pregnant not long after we graduated high school and I’ve helped care for her child whenever she needs to get some jobs done or just get out of the house for a bit! (Currently working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but happy to work around that for new jobs)
During COVID, I advertised my help as a tutor to those in need of help with at home learning. From this I gained employment as a tutor for a boy in Year Seven at Iona Collage with a verified disability. I helped him all throughout the school year with his at home learning and assignments and carried right through to the end of the 2020 school year.
