Hi mums and dads! I’m a qualified science teacher with experience teaching students from Year 7 to Year 12. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester, and I’m passionate about helping young people understand and enjoy the world of science. Alongside my teaching, I’m also available for nannying and tutoring, offering a calm, caring, and structured environment where children can feel supported both academically and personally. I’m committed to encouraging curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child I work with.
As a qualified science teacher working with students from Year 7 to Year 12, I bring a strong background in supporting young people’s academic and personal development. My role has involved not only delivering engaging and accessible science lessons, but also mentoring and caring for students with a range of needs and learning styles. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to create a nurturing, patient, and structured environment — skills that naturally extend to my work in childcare. With a First Class Honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester, I also enjoy combining educational support with day-to-day care, helping children grow in confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
As a qualified science teacher for Years 7 to 12, I have extensive experience tutoring students across a range of ages and abilities. My First Class Honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester also equips me with strong subject expertise, particularly in biology and chemistry. I’m passionate about making science engaging and accessible, and I take pride in helping students achieve their academic goals.
