Hello lovely parents & caregivers,
My name is Valentina! I'm from Switzerland and I've been living in Australia for almost 6 years. I started babysitting and nannying with Jugglestreet in 2017. The last two years I’ve been working full-time as a primary school teacher in the CBD. I teach German to Y2-Y6. I miss spending time and playing with small children outside of school and would love to do some casual babysitting again in the evenings or during schoolholidays. I'm responsable, creative, active and great fun! :) ♡

Childcare Experience
Being a primary school teacher is my passion. I've always enjoyed being surrounded by kids. I've been babysitting since I was a teenager. In addition I was leading the Girls Scouts for many years. I love being outside and make the kids explore their environment.
I'm great at making up games without any ressources. Due to my positive attitude and my chatty nature, it's easy for me to motivate kids and to get them excited to go on walks and excursions. I always take them on little adventures! My goal is to make every single day special for them.
If you leave your little ones with me, I can promiss they will always be safe and having fun!
Over the past 3 years I was working pretty much full-time as a nanny in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. During this time I had the chance to built up my experience with children of all age groups, from new born to teenagers.
Tutoring Experience
I was working for a Tutoring Center as a Maths and English teacher in 2017/2018.. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 I am mainly working as a private teacher and tutor as most children still can't go to school. I have teaching experience of over 7 years -From Kindy to High School level.
