Childcare Experience
My childcare experience started with babysitting and nannying in my teenage years and later I went on to have four of my own who are now teens and early twenties. I have also worked as a casual teacher aide in a Rudolf Steiner kindergarten and this is the age I am probably most comfortable with. I find the endearing response of children when you are doing the best for them the rewarding part of childcare.
