My name is Sabina Sen Thakuri, an international student from Nepal currently living in Australia. I hold a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I’m now pursuing a Bachelor in the same field. With nearly three years of hands-on experience in early childhood settings, with a strong focus on caring for babies and toddlers. I am passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their growth through care, play, and learning. I am a dedicated, responsible, and caring individual who truly enjoys working with children.
I have nearly two years of hands-on experience working in early childhood education, supporting the development and wellbeing of babies and toddlers. What I find most rewarding about working in child care is the opportunity to be part of a child’s early learning journey and to witness their growth and development each day. Seeing a child achieve a new milestone—whether it’s their first words, taking their first steps, or learning to play and share with others—brings a deep sense of purpose and joy. I also value the trusting relationships I build with both children and their families. Knowing that I play a meaningful role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and confident to explore the world is incredibly fulfilling.
