Hi moms and dads! My name is Alessia, I’m 28 and from Italy. Caring for children has been a part of my life from a young age, starting with helping my family back home. One of my close relatives has four children, including a child with a disability, and I’ve been actively involved in their care, adapting to their unique needs while still trying to make it fun and an including environment. I’ve also worked as a nanny and au pair, caring for children of all ages, from newborns to young teens, both here in Sydney and overseas. I’m warm, reliable, and love creating safe, nurturing environments where kids can feel supported, whether it’s through creative play, outdoor adventures, or thoughtful routines.
