Dayan - 25yrs

Hi, I’m Dayan! I’m 24 years old and originally from Colombia. I’ve been living in Australia for the past five years, where I’ve been nurturing my passion for working with children. I’m currently studying Community Services, as I feel deeply called to support others — especially the little ones who need love, presence and guidance to grow. I have extensive experience caring for children both in home environments and as a ballet assistant for multiple groups of young girls. In that role, I’ve supported their development, emotional wellbeing, and confidence through structure, creativity, and connection. It’s taught me how to care not just with responsibility, but with heart. For me, caring for children is a meaningful exchange — not just a task. I believe in creating moments that feel safe, joyful and enriching. I love to bring along drawing materials, colours and simple creative tools to help kids explore, express themselves and have fun while they learn. ☺️
