I am a qualified nutritionist that was previously working on a project designing healthy menus for 3 childcare centres before the Covid 19 pandemic disrupted the process. Over the last ten years I have looked after kids in a church nursery setting. I have also had my own busy hospitality business so can help in many ways around your home kitchen if cooking is not your favourite pastime. Childcare Experience
I’ve worked with children in a volunteer setting for about ten years but in the last six months I have been working for a childcare centre as their nutritionist/cook. I love the raw energy that kids have to offer......I am comfortable with most ages but would say that 3-12 years of age would probably be where I’ve had the most experience.
