Childcare Experience

I’ve worked in childcare for 1 year and the institution was not desirable, so I left and went on to do disability support and unfortunately left for the same reason. Growing up, I had a huge part to play in helping to raise my older sisters children up to when they moved away and I miss them dearly. I value more than anything to practice active listening, patience and the drive to show interest in Bub’s interest, something I never saw much of in my days working in childcare and support work. It’s my goal to change that, even if it is just a tiny dent.
