Hi guys, my name is Tara, I’m 31 living in Maroubra. I have years of experience with children from doing student placements in schools, working at summer camps and minding friends and families children. I have a natural ability with kids of all ages and absolutely love spending time with them and having fun. I believe it’s important to offer children a safe space where they can feel free to express themselves. My background is in Social care, I worked supporting adults with brain injuries for 9 years. Childcare Experience

I have years of experience working with kids both on a professional level and then supporting friends and family. I love kids of all ages, I encourage child led play and believe in allowing the child to express their personality in whatever way works for them. I studied and worked in social care and my college course focused a lot on attachment theory and more of a psychology related background compared to a childcare degree. From working with people with disabilities I have gained experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and being able to identify the persons needs while keeping the person safe and happy as much as possible.
