I am a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with 2 years of hands-on experience in childcare here in Australia. I thrive in creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments that support children’s learning, development, and emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with families and team members to deliver high-quality care, and I am confident in supporting children’s routines, promoting positive behaviour, and respecting cultural diversity in the learning environment. I also hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as current First Aid and CPR certifications.
I am currently studying the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working for 1 year and 4 months at the same early childhood service in Australia, where I’ve gained hands-on experience with children of various ages. During this time, I have developed strong skills in caregiving, observation, activity planning, and family engagement. I also hold a Child Protection Awareness Training Certificate, which qualifies me to identify and respond according to child safety regulations. Additionally, I have completed Food Safety Supervision (Levels 1 & 2), allowing me to handle and prepare food safely in childcare settings.
I have over two years of experience looking after children. I have worked with a range of ages from 0 to 6 years old, but I have spent the most time with children aged 2 to 3 years, which is the age group I feel most comfortable and familiar with in daily routines. What I find most rewarding about this work is being able to closely follow the children’s development, celebrate their achievements, and know that I’m helping them grow in a safe, caring, and meaningful environment. Every little milestone brings me joy and keeps me motivated.
