"We would highly recommend Diana to parents with children of any age. She has an excellent approach and demeanour with kids. She's very friendly, warm and engaging, as well as being calm and confident with kids. Our son is very at ease with her which is not always the case, and we always feel comfortable switching off when we go out the door. Diana is a great communicator with us, is always on time or early, and when we arrive home, our unit is usually tidier and calmer than when we left."
