Hello families! I hold a bachelor of Social Work which has supported me to move seamlessly between private nannying for high networth families in London, to supporting supporting women, youth and families in crisis, leading teams within interagency safety response and women & children's trauma recovery. Presently I work with two private families which includes 4 children aged 3 to 10 years with varying support needs influenced by their neurodiversity, developmental stages, and community/education connection. My current work sits broadly as a family support professional; nurturing childrens development and emotional regulation, managing morning routines for school & daycare, taking initiative to keep the household running smoothly, and being a consistent reliable part of families support team. I have an ABN, working with children and NDIS workers screening cards, recent police check, full license & registered vehicle, along with first aid and CPR certification. I utilise age appropriate activities and play during care, am well versed in meeting every day needs including nutrition and medical, and am confident caring for multiple children of all ages. When im not caring for children you can generally find me with a book, behind a sewing machine, or catching a flight!
Over 10 years experience working directly with children in out of school care programs, babysitting, and 2 years as an international full time nanny in the UK. I have worked with a variety of high net worth families with full time care of the children including proxy parenting for week long period whilst parents were away, and during travel periods. I am most comfortable with ages 6months to 10 years, however have newborn experience via 10 nieces and nephews.
