I’m an Irish primary school teacher who recently moved to Sydney and I’m excited to support local families through nannying while I wait for my Australian teacher registration. I’ve grown up looking after my younger siblings and cousins, which helped spark my love for working with children. Childcare Experience
I’ve been working with children for many years, starting with caring for my younger siblings, cousins, and neighbours through regular babysitting. These early experiences helped me develop strong instincts for supporting children’s needs and creating a calm, positive environment. I have hands-on experience with children aged 1–12 and feel confident adapting to the different stages of their development, from supporting toddlers’ routines to helping older children with homework and activities. What I find most rewarding about childcare is seeing children feel happy, safe, and confident in their surroundings. I love building a warm, trusting relationship where they know they are supported and understood.
