Hi families! I’m a warm, reliable, and caring person, and a mum to a primary school-aged child. I have over 8 years of experience working with children in nursery and toddler rooms, sessional kindergartens. I’ve also supported children with developmental delays and enjoy creating inclusive, engaging environments where every child feels safe and confident. I’m currently working towards a Certificate III in Inclusion Support (Ageing and Disability). As both a parent and someone experienced in early childhood settings, I understand the importance of patient, attentive, and trustworthy care.
I'm currently working as an additional kindergarten assistant in an NDIS supported environment. I have more than 6 years of experience supporting children with multiple disabilities. I have done NDIS Worker Orientation Module - "Quality, Safety and You" dated 9/7/2025. I have completed all mandatory training through my employer to support safe and inclusive care.
I have over 8 years of experience working in early childhood education across long day care centres, sessional kindergartens, and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). I have also provided support for children with development delays and additional needs. Through my experience, I have developed a strong understanding of children's diverse strengths, interests, and individual requirements. I have commited to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, single-parent families, Indigenous Australian communities, and children with long-term health conditions or disabilities. I enjoy supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development while respecting their cultural identities, family backgrounds, and individual abilities. I am also flexible and happy to work with children of all age groups, building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The most rewarding part of working in childcare is supporting children's growth, learning, and condidence. I enjoy seeing children developing new skills, build friendships, and achieve milestones. Knowing that I can make a positive difference in a child's early development and wellbeing is very fulfilling.
