Hi, I'm Lulu! I'm a 19-year-old Learning Support Officer currently working in a primary school, supporting students from Prep to Year 6 — including children with autism, ADHD and a range of learning and behavioural needs. I've also done babysitting and nannying for local families along the way. I'm available for school pickups and drop-offs, before and after school care, and daytime or evening babysitting, Monday to Friday. I have my driver's licence and my own car, and I'm comfortable with school routines, homework help, preparing meals and snacks, and keeping kids happy and entertained. I hold a current Working with Children Check and I'm based in Balwyn, happy to travel to surrounding suburbs.

I currently work as a Learning Support Officer at a primary school, where I support children from Prep to Year 6 every day. My role includes one-on-one support, helping kids with their schoolwork, running reading groups, supervising in the yard, and helping children stay calm and settled when they're having a hard time. I work with kids of all needs and personalities, including children with autism and ADHD, so I'm patient, calm and good at meeting kids where they're at. Outside of school, I've babysat and nannied for local families — school pickups, after-school care, homework help, meals and play. I'm confident managing school routines and I know how to make the after-school hours feel easy and fun rather than rushed. I hold a current Working with Children Check and have my driver's licence and my own car, so I'm comfortable handling school runs and activity drop-offs.
