Hi! I'm Alysa - a beach-loving, sport-obsessed, routine-appreciating girl who also thrives in a bit of chaos. I'm hoping to find a role where I can be part of a family's rhythm, not just an extra pair of hands. I currently work for the Department of Education on an Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Unit. My role involves supporting young people with a wide range of complex mental health disorders and guiding their transition back to school and community life when discharged. I'm outgoing and active, and I love being around kids and animals. Whether it's organising routines, getting outdoors, helping with homework, or bringing some fun into the day, I'm someone who shows up fully and reliably.
I have over three years of experience working with adolescents (12–17) in the mental health space, and I’m confident in supporting young people with neurodivergence and emotional or behavioural challenges.
