Hi busy families! You're looking for some support at home or some grown up time out? I applaud you reaching out! It's not always easy managing the juggle. With 20 years experience as a professional nanny of children ranging from new born to 19 years, plus 10 years and counting as a parent myself, I can empathise and offer real assistance. I have qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education Support, and Animal Studies (handy for those fur kids!). My special interests are supporting mother and baby in the early days at home; neuro-divergent families, especially ASD; and home organisation to streamline your enjoyment of your relaxation time. "We were finally ready to book a sitter after the extended COVID-19 lockdowns here in Melb and we were understandably a little bit nervous. Tess applied for our job and was great in the lead up, super communicative and helpful, answering all of my naive questions about how it all worked. On the day, she arrived before start time and it was clear she was very experienced as she immediately and seamlessly integrated herself into the activity our toddler was doing, making everyone feel very comfortable and at ease. She asked a few questions, asked us if we had any and we soon left. About 30mins into our 2hr dinner date she text to let us know everything was going really well. When we came home, our toddler was ready for bed time and had clearly had a great time, and slept so well! We would definately recommend Tess and look forward to booking her again in the near future :)"

"Tess is great, punctual and polite, she had both of my children asleep before we arrived home. I’m not sure how she did it, but my 11 month old slept for 9 hours straight which isn’t common. Part of me loved it, the other half needed milk relief, lol. We wouldn’t hesitate to call her again."
