Hello families 😊 I’m Rachel! I have 14 years’ experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teens. I’ve cared for many families, including two siblings from newborn to ages 12 and 13, summers as a live-in nanny in Ireland, and as an au pair in Barcelona for children aged 4 and 14. I’ve also run after-school clubs for children aged 5–10, worked as a babysitter and tutor. I’m a qualified post-primary teacher with a Master’s in Education. I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel happy, supported, and confident. I have been looking after children for over 14 years in both professional and family settings. My experience includes working as a nanny, babysitter, teacher and tutor, and I have cared for children of all ages, including newborns. I’m confident supporting families through the different stages of childhood, from establishing routines with little ones to helping older children with homework and daily structure. I feel comfortable with a wide range of ages, from newborns and toddlers to teenagers, and I always adapt my approach depending on the child’s personality and needs. What I find most rewarding about childcare is building strong, trusting relationships and watching children grow in confidence and independence.
