Miranda - 29yrs

Hi there! I am originally from Canberra, having moved to Sydney for University. I grew up in a few different countries around the world - Thailand, India and the US. I love to travel, and hope that through working with children I am able to provide them with an open mind about the world. I have casually babysat since I was 17, and worked with a few gorgeous families. By the end of one job, the 8 year old girl I looked after referred to me as her ‘older sister’, and I hope to have this type of relationship in every babysitting job. I like to take an active approach when looking after kids - playing outside, drawing, painting, going to the playground/beach. I am happy to help with homework, housework and cooking - and really, anything else you need assistance with! I am currently in my final semester of a law degree at the University of Sydney. For the last couple of months I have been working at a law firm, but I have recently decided that I would love to work as a babysitter again before I finish uni. I have already had my first AstraZeneca shot, with my second vaccine scheduled for the 6th of September. I look forward to meeting you!
