Hi friendly families! I am a young professional working in Public Relations who is available for evening and weekend babysitting gigs. As an older sister and the eldest of a large extended family, naturally I have always cared for children. However, prior to my full time work in PR I have numerous years of experience in babysitting for families in my local area back in Sydney. I’ve lived in Melbourne for just over two years now and specifically have loved living in Carlton North for its beautiful streets and family friendly environment. Childcare Experience
My experience dates back to 2014 where I began babysitting a family of three all under the age of 8. From here I gained confidence in childcare and began to care for children, youngest being the age of 3 - this would be the lowest age I am confident I am most comfortable caring for - all the way up to the age of 14. As a child who had many babysitters myself, I found it rewarding as a child to learn from these adults. They modelled positive behaviour, encouraged creativity in me and taught me the importance of individuality. As a babysitter, these are qualities I hope to model and show the children I care for - as there is nothing more rewarding than being the babysitter they will never forget!
