As of December 2019 I returned from a GAP year in England. I worked full time in a boarding school looking after children aged 3-13 years old. My role included being a classroom assistant teacher, sports coach and boarding house duties including running/supervising activities, helping with homework and settling the children for bed. Over the year growing close to many of the children, I did private babysitting for local families. I have my bachelors degree in Nursing. I have also got my working with children check, drivers license, first aid and am fully vaccinated. I love working and being around children, I enjoy the playfulness and joy they bring.I currently work in a paediatric hospital in Sydney.

Childcare Experience

I love looking after and caring for children. Working abroad with children all year away from home on my own was such an experience, I love the simple joys children find in life. I had plenty of babysitting experience through the families I met with my gap school.
