Hi parents! My name is Mara, and I’m originally from Brazil. I work as a paediatrician and have been caring for children and their families for over 14 years. My husband and I lived in Melbourne a few years ago, and we recently returned to Australia while he studies here. I’m also studying English, and during my free time I’d love to do what I enjoy most—looking after children. Caring for kids has always been much more than just my profession. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, helping them learn, play, feel safe, and have fun. I’m calm, patient, kind, reliable, and responsible, and I always do my best to make both children and parents feel comfortable and supported. Whether you need an occasional babysitter or someone you can rely on regularly, I’d be happy to help. If you think I could be a good fit for your family, please feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to answer any questions and tell you a little more about myself.
As I describe in my profile I am in Australia to studying English, although in my country I worked as a paediatrician, so I am used to caring my friend’s and family’s children, besides looking after my patients. I am marriage and don’t have a child yet, so I’m keen on spending my free time helping people taking care of their precious toddlers. Since my friends and cousins started having babies, I became a first-class babysitter to them. I have over 3 years of experience as a babysitter and over 7 years as a paediatrician.
