Hi families. I studied early childhood education in my country, Chile. I have experience working in childcare centres and also babysitting, in Chile and Australia. I love kids and my calling has always been working with people. I'm very patient, warm, and I incorporate play-based learning into childcare. I can set clear boundaries and structure routines without being overly strict, using a calm and respectful approach rather than scolding or punishment.
