This was our 18month old daughter's first time with a babysitter, she immediately warmed to Yana. It was great to see Michelle run up to Yana and begin to play. It was no trouble for Yana to meet with us and Michelle prior to the appointment. On the night, Yana arrived early and Michelle began to interact with her. During the night Yana provided SMS updates and photos and was able to feed and put Michelle to bed. We were very pleased with how everything went on the night and would have no hesitation in recommending her for babysitting.

Jenny was absolutely lovely to deal with- not only is she very experienced but she’s also caring and knows exactly what to do. My husband and I fell ill and have no backup, Jenny was at our house within an hour and not only looked after our baby she also went to the pharmacy and supermarket to get supplies and tidied around the house while baby slept. Thank you so much Jenny for looking after all of us!.

Gabriela was fantastic looking after the girls taking them to activities and afternoon/evening routine.

Emily was fabulous. Arrived 5 min early which was great as we had to rush off to dinner reservations. I was prepared for tears and clingyness (our 21 month old is going through some stranger shyness) but next thing I knew he was holding her hand showing her around his toys! It put me so at ease for him to connect so quickly with his babysitter. Would definitely ask Emily to sit again.

Margaret was wonderful. She had great communication before the booking and arrived on time. Margaret was really warm and engaging with our son, playing lots of games and reading plenty of stories. She kept us up to date on how everything was going throughout the booking. Our son told us “that was fun” when Margaret left. We would happily have Margaret babysit for us again.

Nina did a wonderful job looking after the kids. They immediately warmed to her. I would highly recommend.

Viviane was really lovely. She was punctual, kind and my 15 month old son liked her immediately. She sent me a text message to let me know he was sleeping which put my mind at ease as I had never used this service before nor had a babysitter I didn’t know look after him and she made me feel confident that I could trust her to look after my precious baby. Susie was an absolute DREAM! I had to take my twin daughters to a school transition day and needed care for my youngest, who is rarely left with a carer. There was great contact leading up to the job and Susie also offered to come meet the week beforehand. Susie arrived early and was filled with enthusiasm, interacted so well and so lovingly with my children. I left feeling really at ease even though my little one was upset upon my departure, but Susie handled it, and we returned to a very content child, who had spent the morning doing crafts, reading books and doing jigsaws- all of her favourite things!! I am so happy to have came across Susie and to have had her care for my daughter, she’s already asked when she can return again! A lovely woman. You can tell what a great mother she must be to her own children. Thank you so much! 😊.

Laura is a warm, nurturing and confident carer to our kids. Always punctual and accommodating. Our youngest son has special needs and can be challenging however Laura has a lot of patience and understanding - very happy to have found her to help us out with school drop offs. Highly recommend to anyone after a reliable and caring sitter/nanny.

My important measure is that the kids are happy when I get home and they definitely were. My 4.5 and 1.5 year olds connected beautifully with Valentina and had a busy morning!.

Kitty is amazing and our girls absolutely adore her. Kitty is responsible for picking up from school/daycare, helping with homework, organising activities and engaging with the kids. From a parent perspective, it's always refreshing when you find that special person who is not only capable and fun but is genuinely interested in the girls, or any other childs, well-being. She's a great asset.

Milly is a very lovely, polite and personable young lady who communicates well and is always punctual. Our daughter absolutely loves being cared for by Milly and looks forward to it every time. Highly recommend!.

We have used Juggle St now for close to three years and have had many amazing babysitters. Michela however has been the best so far. Punctual, considerate, immediate rapport both with mum and dad as well as our two boys. Valeria looked after our daughter Noah 3.5 y over the last 9 months as part of nanny share agreement. She is proactive (Looking for entertainment ideas for the girls).
