I have worked in early childhood settings for 10 years before pursuing my interest in primary education. Over the past 5 years I have been working in the public school sector as a learning support teacher supporting students with a range of additional needs. In addition, I am trained in PreLit, MiniLit and MacqLit which provides literacy intervention for students in years k-6 who find reading and writing challenging. I am passionate about alternative learning methods which focus on each child’s individuals learning styles, strengths and interests.
