Hi everyone, My name is Kayleigh. I am 29years old and I'm originally from Galway, Ireland. I moved to Australia in August 2023 and I have just recently completed my regional work just before Christmas for my visa. Back home I am a primary school teacher and I have taught children from the ages of 4-13 years. I've worked with children who have special needs also. I am a registered teacher in Victoria, I have my working with children and police check also completed. I really enjoy being active and getting outside. I go to the gym and run some evenings. I am a real people person and love meeting new people. I am very organised so I do get a little kick out of cleaning and completing chores around the house 🤣 I am available to work at the weekends and school holidays as I am currently teaching out in Keysborough at the moment!! Special Needs Experience
I have a Bachelor of Education degree with a specialism in Special Needs Education. I've taught children with special needs how to play the piano and I have worked in classrooms where I would base my teaching around their particular needs and abilities.
Childcare Experience
I've been a teacher almost seven years so I am in contact with children everyday. I have four younger siblings also, the youngest being 11years old. I love being around kids, I love their carefree nature and their joy to see the simplest things in life. I've had previous experience in babysitting/nannying when I was younger. I love being around children 😊
Tutoring Experience
I've been tutoring children for about four years. I started up numourous amount of after school clubs back home ranging from teaching German, Irish, music and dancing. I have a particular passion for the subjects maths, music and PE (physical education). However as a teacher, I have a very standard and qualification to teach across all subjects and languages (English,Irish & German)
