Dr Catherine Gomersall I have extensive experience employing my creative practice to deal with stress and trauma, and to enhance wellbeing, through a combination of creative arts, movement and mindfulness practices. I am trained in several healing modalities, and I place wellbeing at the centre of everything I do. I provide affordable one-on-one care for children, mentoring and personal support for adults, and group activities to alleviate pressure and stress for all family members. I offer creative wellbeing activities for children and teens, coaching, nannying and tutoring, with an ongoing support service for parents. My background is in education and I have experience working in disability support and tutoring neurodivergent students from school age through to tertiary and higher education. My service area is a 5km radius from South Yarra, Victoria.
