Childcare Experience
I have been actively engaged in caring and educating children for over five years. This included four years of experience as a primary school teacher and a year working diligently in before and after school care settings. My expertise and comfort extend across a broad spectrum, but I have a particular affinity for primary school-aged children. My teaching background and experience in before and after school care have allowed me to connect exceptionally well with kids in the 5-12 age range. I believe the most rewarding aspect of nurturing children is witnessing them build confidence, nurturing their social skills and sparking their curiosity through engaging activities. being a part of this journey and seeing them flourish brings me unparalleled joy.
Tutoring Experience
I hold a Master of Teaching degree, which has shaped my teaching skills and methods. With over four years of teaching in primary school classrooms and in home tutoring, Iāve gained practical experience. Iāve also spent time tutoring, using my teaching skills on how to help students learn better. Tutoring has let me focus on individual needs, seeing students make great strides in their learning. My goal is to personalise education and empower young minds in both teaching and tutoring.
