Hi, My name is Aishling Darcy. I am 29 years old. I have moved here to Sydney from Ireland. I am a qualified primary school teacher with 10 years of teaching experience. I also lived and taught in the UAE for two years. I am an honest, kind, energetic and hard working person. I grew up with 3 brothers and a sister. We grew up playing sport and being active and thankfully I have carried that into my adult life. I have taught many different age groups in my ten years of teaching. I love working with and getting to know kids. I have worked in many summer camps throughout the years as well as coaching many underage sports teams. Throughout my college years, I did lots of babysitting. I am a very independent and reliable person. I am more than happy to help with housework, cooking simple snacks/meals and also with school work. I have my WWCC, drivers licence and my Overseas Police Clearance. Special Needs Experience
I have worked in Special needs schools as well as Autism classes. I have taught many children over the years who have had special needs. I have also done several modules and placement in college in this area.
Childcare Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher. I have been teaching for ten years. I have taught many different age groups throughout the years ranging from 4yrs to 12. I have taken care of my younger cousins and I have done lots of babysitting for kids of all ages including babies. I am comfortable working with kids of all ages. The most rewarding thing about working with kids for me is the relationship and bond you make with them. I love to see kids grow in confidence and express their unique personalities freely and happily. Any day you help put a smile on a child's face is a successful day.
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring for many years. I tutored my 10 year old neighbour for two years. I also tutored in the UAE for two years. While working as a teacher in Dublin, I tutored kids for enhligh and maths. I am happy to tutor in all core subjects. I am also happy to help with any homework.
