Hi! With two younger sisters, i’ve been unofficially baby sitting since i could walk :) Additionally, they also have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, meaning my years of looking after them has left me with complete confidence caring for and connecting with children of all nature. With a family of 5, I know first hand how hectic home can be, and can promise reliable, and flexible care. I’m sure I can be the babysitter your kids look forward to seeing!!
My cousin is non-verbal autistic, and I’ve spent my childhood growing up with him and taking care of him. I’m also very familiar with autism and adhd in my own family.
I’ve been looking after children for many years! What i find really rewarding about any sort of role with child care is seeing the impact you have on them. Watching them pick up and learn things about how to be good little human beings is incredibly fulfilling, especially when these lessons and virtues will be held with them throughout life!
Honestly, I used to suck at school, but after some awesome tutors and new explanations, it clicked! and I fell in love with learning all over again and was able to achieve a 89.94 ATAR with a 92 in Math Standard and 90 in PDHPE! Talk about an enemies to lovers trope. I have two younger sisters, so I have been unofficially tutoring them since primary school. They also have ADHD, which means I'm a pro at noticing when although you're hearing me, you might not be listening - and changing up the tactic! I also went through almost all of high school undiagnosed with ADHD, and because of that - have found ways to make studying not feel like studying. I want to be the reason why kids who can't be taught in the normal school day, still learn.
