I truly adore working with kids and am actively involved with them. I'm a recently graduated Year 12 student at Presbyterian Ladies College, and have gotten the opportunity to work a range of kids in my role as Community Prefect, working with kids with varying personalities as well as those who experience a disability. I also am a pet sitter with Mad Paws, and whilst looking after children is very different, I’m organised, attentive to parental instructions, and ensure each job is completed to the best of my ability. I am loving, caring, compassionate and energetic, whilst simultaneously responsible, organised and am able to appreciate the balance between work, play and my responsibility as a carer. Additionally I am a diving coach who has worked with children ageing from 5 years old and above quite regularly. My availability is everyday except Monday nights, Thursday from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, and Saturday from 12:30pm - 4:00pm.
I have experience working with kids with special needs during my time working at a centre in BaVi Vietnam. There I did physical therapy with them, feeding and overall actively engaging with them. I also work with the transition girls who undergo special needs at our school on occasion.
I have a 13 year old brother who I’ve actively cared for most of his life. I’ve worked with kids during my time in Vietnam working at a centre in BaVi. I’ve been a diving coach for 2 years and am a community prefect at my school actively involved in working with kids. I’ve babysitter on occasion but only for family friends.
I’m very passionate about English, Chemistry and all sciences, and particularly History. History and English I’ve remained a high ranking student, however Chemistry and sciences I truly share a passion for though remained average.
