Hi, I’m Phoebe! I’m a kind and consistent primary teacher working in at an independent school and currently on school holidays. I grew up in Armidale and spent many weekends and holidays looking after younger children babysitting, after school care, tutoring and now teaching children from 5-12 years old. More recently I’ve had experience house sitting and cooking for older teenagers during the school holidays. I’m independent and have my own car, I love early mornings and getting outside. Childcare Experience
I’ve been teaching primary aged children for 7 years and prior to that managed an after school care setting in a school, coached sporting teams with children of all ages (including teenagers) and had varied babysitting jobs. I love working with children of all ages, from babies to early teens.
Tutoring Experience
As mentioned previously, I’ve been teaching primary aged students for 7 years and have had a range of roles in primary and K-12 schools. These include teaching across all subject areas, including reading and support learning - both individually and in small groups. I have coached sporting teams, taken students away for carnivals and excursions, run sporting teams and competitions and choir for students from 5-12 years.
