Hi parents of Juggle St👋 My name's Lily, and I'm a very creative and caring person with a bright, bubbly personality. I have always adored children and have infinite amounts of patience with them. I am responsible yet lots of fun! I am great at creating an entertaining, engaging, creative, educational and safe environment. I am trusted by parents and have had many years of hands-on experience caring for younger cousins and family friends' children varying in ages from 11 yrs old to 8-month-old cheeky twins. I also have experience volunteering at my school's kindergarten. From yrs 10 to 12, I spent most Thursday lunchtimes at the kindy, reading and playing with the kids and helping the teachers around the classrooms. I have my WWCC and my Certificate in Childcare First Aid & CPR (HLTAID012) I've always dreamed of being a primary school teacher. I'm very excited as I will be studying Early Childhood Education at Flinders Uni in 2024 after my gap year in 2023. I have a very flexible schedule and can work to what suits you! Childcare Experience
I have looked after younger cousins and family friends' children varying in age from 11 yrs old to 8-month-old cheeky twins. The many years of hands-on experience have developed my skills in working with children. Additionally, I volunteered at my school's kindergarten from years 10 to 12, reading and playing with the kids and helping the teachers around the classrooms most Thursday lunchtimes. I get so much out of being with kids! I love observing their curiosity and imagination. Their creativity and sense of fun give me so much joy and brings out my inner child.
Tutoring Experience
I've had 3 year's experience volunteering in a kindergarten, helping around the classrooms reading the children's stories, painting, and using puzzles and counting games to understand numbers, times and money. In high school I helped teach students younger than me in flute, helping with the tempo, reading the music and playing notes. I have also assisted my younger brother and other family members in English, maths, and creative art subjects.
