Hi! I’m a student at the University of Sydney studying media/communications and marketing. I’ve got experience working with kids in a variety of different settings, including babysitting, after school/vacation care and tutoring. I have experience with kids aged 1-15. What I particularly love about working with kids is their imaginations and fresh perspectives. It’s awesome. I completed my HSC in 2021 and received Band 6s in Advanced English, Legal Studies and Visual Arts, with an ATAR of 91.6. I consider myself an outgoing and diligent person who is passionate about learning, language and communication. I can’t wait to meet you and your child!

Childcare Experience

I have experience with kids aged 1-13. I’ve worked in home babysitting environments as well as schools for after school and vacation care, where I’ve been responsible for up to 17 kids at one given time.

Tutoring Experience

I have been involved in various tutoring roles from a very young age. This experience allowed me to realise early on that I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and grow. As a top achiever who excelled in English, in 2015 I was a given the opportunity to be a ‘MultiLit’ student tutor to younger children who struggled with literacy. In 2019 I undertook work experience as a teacher’s aide at Kegworth Public School in Leichhardt, where I worked closely with students from kindergarten to Year 6 in a range of subject areas. I currently tutor at early high school level Across all subjects. I am most passionate about tutoring English - I love to encourage and teach kids how to think outside the box and trust their own creative intuition. It’s something I don’t believe is pushed enough in school lessons despite it being so crucial to successful writing.
