Hello there! My name is Saoirse. I'm a punctual, warm and trustworthy person. I am a dedicated and experienced primary school teacher with four years of teaching under my belt. Being the eldest of six siblings in a big Irish family, I have always had a natural affinity for minding and working with children. In addition to my teaching experience, I have also gained valuable skills through tutoring, babysitting and childminding. I have babysat and child-minded for many families back home and can provide references. I have experience with babies to teenagers! I have a WWCC, First Aid course and my degree has been accredited with NESA. It brings me great joy to be a part of child's development and to contribute to their well-being. I am committed to providing the best care possible and ensuring that each child feels loved and valued :) I also love nature, reading and good with pets.

Special Needs Experience
In college I completed work experience in a special needs school. Furthermore, in each class I previously worked in. There has been children with additional needs such as ASD and Down Syndrome.
Childcare Experience
I have been babysitting since the age of 15. I have childminded for 3 consecutive Summers and during holidays for two families. Their ages ranaged from 1 years old to 12 years old and included twins. I maintained a clean safe fun environment. I prepared meals and cleaned up after. I organised fun activities and trips to the park and playground. We read stories and did arts and crafts. I feel comfortable with all ages , prefebly primary school age but love babies and toddlers too. :) Pet lover also!
Tutoring Experience
I tutored 6 children at different times. I helped them with Maths, Irish and English primary level. All ranged from the age of 7 - 12 years old. I have also helped children with Auditory Processing Disorder and Dyslexia.
