Hi all! I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with six years’ teaching experience. I am currently working as a casual primary school teacher in schools across Sydney. Special Needs Experience
As a primary school teacher I am fully qualified and experienced in working with children with special needs. I have experience in providing academic assistance to SEN children and have also worked with many children with a vast range of additional needs in their own homes.
Childcare Experience
I have been working with children for over ten years, five of which have been as a qualified primary school teacher. I am experienced in creating and providing engaging lessons and activities for children and facilitating them to reach their maximum potential. I also have experience working as a child minder, tutor and kids club coordinator, which has allowed me to develop the necessary skills and qualities to look after children and provide a safe and positive environment for them to learn and grow. I have experience and love working with children of all ages from babies to teenagers and find it an extremely rewarding job. I enjoy building strong and caring relationships with children, in whatever setting I am working in.
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring children for five years. I have worked with children from the ages of six to thirteen to provide extra assistance for them in their learning. My main area of expertise is in literacy and numeracy, however being a fully qualified teacher I am capable and confident to provide assistance in any other area of the curriculum. I have experience working with a range of academic abilities and love getting the chance to provide individualised lessons to children in order to assist them in whatever area they need and build their confidence.
