Children Check and I am qualified in Wilderness First Aid (2 levels above senior first aid). I have over 5 years experience working with children, and over 10 years of babysitting / nannying experience. I am great with animals/pets and I have my own vehicle with full unrestricted license. I take pride in being a role model for our younger generation. I am honest, reliable and passionate about education. Special Needs Experience
I have cared for a variety of minors with special requirements and high needs for many years. This includes monitoring medications and behavioral issues. Conditions I have experience with includes Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Sleep Disorders, Asthma, Autism and A-Typical needs. I have cared for many children with physical and intellectual limitations. We all learn and receive information differently and I am dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all beings in a fun and interactive manner!
Childcare Experience
I have experience working with minors of all ages from newborns to young adults. Most of my professional experience is working with children from 3 years old - 15 years old, but I am open to minding all ages. I pride myself in working with children, offering an alternative relationship dynamic from a Mother or a Teacher - offering a friendly and trusting approach, ensuring safety and happiness is at the forefront of my services.
Tutoring Experience
Through minding and nannying experiences, assisting with homework and schooling comes as part of the role. As an Outdoor Educator, I am very familiar with school syllabuses and the learning outcomes of varying subjects. I’d be please to help your children learn and revise their school work.
